SINGLE PART SMOOTH & STRONG
PERRY BLOCLK FIX is a versatile thin jointing material for laying AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete locks etc. PERRY BLOCLK FIX mortar is specially designed to provide stronger, much more durable bonding between the blocks with superior adhesive strength. It replaces conventional cement and sand mix mortar of
12-18 mm thickness with highly versatile 3-5 mm thickness.
Laying and jointing of masonry units like fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, hollow blocks , AAC blocks etc.
Jointing of pre-stressed concrete slabs, panels. Jointing of concrete window and door frames. Garden and boundary walls.
Fiber reinforced, crack resistant. No water curing is required after application, thus saving on labour & water required for curing the walls. Ready for subsequent application like plastering just after 24 hour application thus assuring speedy return on investment & saving on supervision & labour cost & construction time of the project.
Instruction for use :
The surface of masonry units should be slightly wet prior to application of PERRY BLOCLK FIX Thesurface must be structurally sound. Effloresce & any other
contaminant which could impair the natural bond should be removed. The masonry `units should be clean , with no loose particles or dust for better bonding. Surface defects such as cracks, holes or voids should be repaired prior to application.
Mixing Ratio – depending on the thickness of the product to be applied, add approx.25- 30% of the clean potable water and 70% of powder and mix.
Water is added in stages to get a smooth, uniform, workable mix. Allow sample time
for initial mixing. Ensure that no powder is left unmixed at the bottom of the vessel.
Pre-mixed and ready to use. Only water to be added at site.
Compressive strength is 3-4 times higher than the

I Thinner jointing material with very high adhesive strength.Improves over all masonry strength and load bearing capacity & waterproofing properties. Thinner layer of application for lesser shrinkage and seamless structure.Eliminates lengthy process of site mixing, transport and storage of all individual materials.
PERRY BLOCK FIX
Layout the wall in which is to be used and mark openings like doors, windows, any architectural appurtenances etc.
Put a thin layer of PERRY BLOCLK FIX in the thickness of 3 to 5mm on the clean and leveled surface using proper trowel on which the block work is to be carried out.
Place the block on the laid PERRY BLOCLK FIX in proper line and level. After placing the first block apply the PERRY BLOCLK FIX of same thickness on both the sides of the block continuously keeping a check on the line and level. Clean the excess material, if any immediately. Continue the procedure for the entire block work.
Tools and equipment can be easily cleaned with clean water.
PACKING & COVERAGE :
PERRY BLOCLK FIX is available in 40 kg. of HDPE laminated bags. Under normal condition, the coverage of at average thickness of 2-3 mm for a bag of 40 kg. is PERRY BLOCLK FIX .
